MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Police and MCSO responded to the 900 block of S. Atlanta Thursday morning in response to a stabbing near the Dollar General.
MPD says an MCSO deputy requested assistance due to multiple people armed with a jack handle and possibly a knife.
After arriving at the scene, officers located two people who needed medical attention as well as identified and detained multiple suspects.
A male victim who had been stabbed multiple times was treated at the scene by Midland Fire crews and released. A female victim also sustained minor injuries.
Officers identified Timothy Samuels, 28, at the scene. He was taken to a local hospital and treated before being arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
David Samuels, 57, and Pearlie Jackson, 52, were also arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
MPD has also issued an arrest warrant for Qimberly Samuels, 27, who fled the scene before MPD arrived at the scene.
