The Midland Police Department are asking for help any information surrounding fraudulent bar codes from Target.
On November 23, a Black male and a Hispanic woman were seen leaving Target located on 4001 N Midland Dr.
They went to the self checkout area and scanned their items with fraudulent bar codes. The incident happen around 4:35 p.m.
