MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland is warning drivers about a restriction coming up at the intersection of Wadley Ave. and Garfield St.
Starting Feb. 21, only one lane in each direction will be maintained on both streets due to utility improvements being made in the area.
While local business access will be maintained on either side of the closure, no left turns will be allowed while construction is ongoing.
This restriction is expected to be in place for two to three weeks, meaning the earliest time the construction is estimated to be done is March 7.
Drivers are asked to plan ahead and observe all traffic signs in place in the area.
