CARLSBAD, N.M. – One fugitive is behind bars thanks to the hard work of several law enforcement agencies.
On Friday, agents with the Pecos Valley Drug Task Force, along with the Carlsbad Police Department, located 49-year-old Robert M. Rodriguez.
Rodriguez was on the New Mexico Department of Corrections Most Wanted List.
We're told Rodriguez was spotted leaving the 2400 block of South Canal Street.
Officials followed Rodriguez to a nearby intersection where he was taken into custody.
