MIDLAND, Texas — A crash around 8 a.m. on Monday at the intersection of Andrews Highway and Midland Drive left a female driver critically injured, according to the Midland Police Department.
According to MPD, the female driver, at fault for the accident, was flown to a Lubbock hospital with a broken femur, broken vertebrae and other injuries.
The female driver is expected to make a full recovery.
MPD is not ruling out a medical event as the reason for the collision, according to the city.
