MIDLAND, Texas — UPDATE: As of 11 p.m., the Oncor outage map is reporting 387 homes still without power.
The estimated time of restoration has been set at 3 a.m. Wednesday.
The cause of the outage stemmed from a vehicle hitting a power line pole, according to Oncor. They are currently working to finish restoring service.
