MIDLAND/ODESSA - HEB has announced they will open two new stores in the Permian Basin.
In a press release, the grocery store chain, out of San Antonio, announced the company's "Invest in West Texas campaign", which aims at investing in the quality of life for West Texans.
In Odessa, the company will open it's second store at the southeast corner of West University and Loop 338.
In Midland, the second store will be at the southwest corner of highway 191 and Loop 250, at the old AT&T call center.
