In the post, the county paid its respects to the judge:

"Andrews County and its employees are deeply saddened by the passing. Charlie loved God, his family, and loved Andrews County. Charlie's love for people created a lasting impact on so many lives and made him unforgettable to all who knew him. His unrivaled passion for Andrews County, its employees, and its citizens made him an exceptional County Judge. Our hearts are saddened, and our halls are quiet without his laugh. We ask that you keep his wife, and children, in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

County building flags will be flown at half-mast through Friday, January 5, 2024, in remembrance of our County Judge."

The County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas also posted about the judge.

Falcon grew up in Andrews and graduated from Andrews High School in 1984.

As Andrews County said, County building flags will be flown at half-mast through Friday, Jan. 5, 2024.

There will also be a Celebration of Life Service for Judge Falcon on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Andrews High School Performance Center, according to the Andrews County Judge's Office.
