Fort Stockton Police Department responds to Friday morning gunshots

During the investigation, officers collected evidence and successfully identified Aden Ramirez as a suspect in the gunshots incident.

FORT STOCKTON, Texas — On Friday, around 4:42 a.m., officers from the Fort Stockton Police Department responded to the 2000 block of West 9th St. following multiple reports of gunshots. 

During Fort Stockton PD's investigation, officers collected evidence and successfully identified Aden Ramirez as a suspect in the gunshots incident. 

Ramirez was taken into custody and was transported to the Pecos County Jail. Ramirez has been charged with two counts of deadly conduct, one count of criminal mischief and terroristic threat. 

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
