ODESSA, Texas — The University of Texas Permian Basin Student Government Association will be holding its annual Kite Fest on April 30 on the university's sports fields.
The event will feature kite flying professional Alan Torre, as well as several kinds of carnival foods and item giveaways.
It is open to students, staff and community members.
It was rescheduled from its original date and a new event time has not yet been announced. We will update this story when we receive that time.
