Drew is a graduate of the University of Missouri—Kansas City, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in film and digital media.
He grew up in the Los Angeles area, northern Idaho and Missouri, where he considers Kansas City home.
Before joining NewsWest 9 as a digital content producer, Drew worked on commercial film production sets in Los Angeles.
Drew says what he likes most about being a digital content producer is that it allows him to work in a role that utilizes many different creative interests of his.
In his free time, some of his hobbies are writing, playing bass guitar, designing and building furniture, riding motorcycles and watching Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Royals games.
