HOWARD COUNTY, Texas — DPS is reporting a pedestrian has died following a crash on I-20 in Howard County.
James Crosson Jr., 76, was reportedly attempting to cross the Interstate walking south.
Crosson was then struck by a car traveling west on I-20. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the crash report, DPS noted that it was raining at the time of the crash but did not say if the road condition was a factor in the crash.
