ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — The Odessa Police Department is currently investigating a fatal crash on I-20 just east of FM 1936, according to a media release.
The eastbound I-20 lanes in the area of the fatal crash are shut down and vehicles are having to exit at FM 1936.
OPD is encouraging people to avoid the area and use alternative routes if possible.
More information will be released as soon as it becomes available, according to OPD.
