He survived a bullet to the head. Now, a Snyder police officer shot in the line of duty is out of a Lubbock hospital.
Officer Darrell Campbell was released on Wednesday.
He's now going to rehab.
Investigators say Campbell was shot by Dwayne Birmingham while questioning him about shots fired in a neighborhood.
