MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Police Department's Memorial Good Day event invites the community to join them at Washington Park on May 27.
A $500 prize will go to the winner of both the cookoff and three on three basketball tournament champion.
The event starts at 9 a.m. and runs till 9 p.m. to promote community awareness.
For kids, there will be jumpers, balloon fights, sack races, and face painting to participate in.
