Suspect in Mall Shooting Turns Himself In

A man suspected of a deadly shooting outside Music City Mall has turned himself into Odessa Police.  24-year-old Baushylon Richardson is charged with 1st Degree Murder.

ODESSA - A man suspected of a deadly shooting outside Music City Mall has turned himself into Odessa Police.

24-year-old Baushylon Richardson is charged with 1st Degree Murder. He was transported and booked into the Ector County Law Enforcement Center. No other suspects are being sought.

Police tell NewsWest 9, 23-year-old Pablo Jimenez died as a result of the gunshot wounds he received.  Two other men, 19-year-old Jovanie Bernal and 21-year-old Jesus Garcia were injured.

Officers were called out to the Ten Sports Bar and Grill inside Music City Mall around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

While officers were on the way to the scene, dispatchers received multiple 911 calls regarding shots fired in the parking lot at the mall.

By the time officers arrived on the scene, two victims were found in the parking lot. Both victims were transported to the hospital and a third was transported via private vehicle.
