The Odessa Police Department has released their newest “High Five” Most Wanted List.
Topping this week’s list is Romero Badillo, 19, with 17 warrants.
Following behind him is Benito Carrasco, 45, with 14 warrants.
Rounding out the list are Sha'nea Bars, Ashley Dixon and Joseph Cervantes.
