Guilty and going to prison for life.
That's the verdict handed in by a jury in Big Spring in the murder trial of 23-year old Michael Harbert.
Harbert was accused of shooting Tory Mitchell to death last Christmas Eve.
He was also convicted of being a felon in possesion of a gun.
The jury gave him 20 more years for that crime, and fines totaling 30 thousand dollars.
