BREWSTER COUNTY, TX (KWES) - A former Brewster County Border Patrol Agent will be going to court for sexual assault.
Jesus Nanez is accused of attacking his wife.
An affidavit stated that Nanez's wife took medication that put her to sleep.
She claims she was raped several times by Nanez while she was unconscious.
The wife told officers she woke up feeling sore and bleeding.
The report said his wife claimed Nanez told her he was the provider for their family and she couldn't deny him sex when he wants it.
Nanez is currently free on bond.
