ODESSA, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation stated in a press release that the Cotton Flat and Midkiff Bridge decks have now been poured.
Concrete paving beginning at the Cotton Flat Bridge deck has now started and will continue to be poured until completion.
Cotton Flat Road is now linked to the frontage road of IH-20, adding accessibility to the Interstate from both the north and south sides of IH-20.
