ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — Dr. Kellie Wilks, Chief Technology Officer of the Ector County Independent School District has been honored as the 2024 Withrow National Chief Technology Officer of the Year by the Consortium for School Networking, according to the ECISD Facebook page.
According to ECISD, the award was to honor and recognize Dr. Wilks’ transformative leadership and dedication to advancing education technology within the district.
Dr. Wilks dedicated the award to her entire team, celebrating their collaborative efforts and commitment to excellence in education technology.
