Some Big Spring residents are experiencing low to no water pressure due to the cold weather. Because of this, the City of Big Spring is setting up a water-filling station to make sure residents have access to water.

Citizens can bring their own jugs, receptacles or containers to Fire Station #1 at 1401 Apron Drive from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday night.

A case of drinking water will be available one per vehicle during this time while supplies last.

The City of Big Spring hopes this will help the city until the water lines can be repaired.

Anyone with questions or concerns can contact the Public Works office at 432-264-2501.
