Centennial Park in Midland announced on their Facebook page that they will be hosting their Movie in the Park event this Friday, April 26.

The movie being shown is the animated film Bee Movie, which will start at 7:30 p.m.

The run time for the movie is one hour and thirty-one minutes.

The movie summary was provided on the post: "Barry B. Benson, a bee just graduated from college, is disillusioned at his lone career choice: making honey. On a special trip outside the hive, Barry's life is saved by Vanessa, a florist in New York City. As their relationship blossoms, he discovers humans actually eat honey and subsequently decides to sue them."

The post explained that although the park turns sprinklers off before events, sometimes the grass can still be wet depending on weather conditions over the course of the day.
