ODESSA, Texas — On April 5, at around 10:00 a.m., the Odessa Police Department responded to a hit-and-run incident near the intersection of I-20 and E. Loop 338, according to a press release from OPD.
The investigation revealed that a semi-truck, transporting an excavator, collided with an overpass and fled the scene without stopping and fulfilling the necessary legal obligations.
A witness captured a photograph of the semi-truck, which displayed the Texas license plate as "221C847", and displayed the name “Dad and Son Trucking" on the side of the truck.
