ODESSA, Texas — According to a press release from the City of Odessa, units with OPD including SWAT were on scene on Tanglewood at the request of the US Marshals Service.
They were assisting them with the arrest of a subject who has a felony warrant and a violent history.
The suspect is now in custody.
