ODESSA, Texas — On March 4, around 12:30 p.m., a hit and run incident took place in the 5200 block of E. University Blvd., according to a media release from the Odessa Police Department.
According to OPD's investigation, it was discovered that the driver of a white SUV collided with another vehicle and fled the scene without fulfilling legal obligations.
