ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis tells NewsWest 9 that they are investigating a traffic stop that happened on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
The traffic stop happened at 9 p.m. at the intersection of West I-20 and S. Moss Ave.
During the traffic stop, ECSO deputies made contact with the driver and found 15 kilograms of cocaine in the person's vehicle.
The investigation is ongoing and NewsWest 9 will update this story once more information is provided.
