ANDREWS, Texas — The Andrews Police Department is warning of a text message scam from an unknown number about a package delivery.
The text message, which tells victims that they are with a postal service, claims that the victim has a package being delivered to a local business and asks for credit card information for shipping.
Now the Andrews Police Department is telling residents not to give out their information and that local businesses will not have packages for them.
