MIDLAND - Police say a driver who failed to yield caused a wreck on Wall Street Thursday afternoon.
Officers tell NewsWest 9, the driver of the Honda was turning onto "A" Street from Wall Street but didn't yield.
That's when they slammed into an on-coming car.
The driver of Honda was cited for failure to yield.
