HOBBS - Hobbs Police have arrested a man suspected of snatching purses in the parking lots of grocery stores.

A 16-year-old from Hobbs was arrested Wednesday and charged with robbery and conspiracy. Police say the teen is one of the people responsible for recently stealing purses in the Thriftway and Albertsons parking lots.
