MIDLAND - Still no word on what started a fire Saturday evening off of south Baird in Midland.
Firefighters say the blaze has been under control for a couple of hours now, but they are still out there controlling hot spots.
The fire started earlier around 7:30.
No one was in the storage unit when it started and no injuries were reported.
Another storage unit in the area was in danger, but firefighters were able to control the blaze and keep it from spreading.
