An ice-slicked highway to blame for an overnight rollover.
NewsWest 9, the only cameras on the scene at the intersection of Highway 158 and Highway 191 in Midland County.
According to DPS Troopers, the accident happened when the red truck tired to pass another vehicle.
The driver failed to control his speed, hit a patch of ice, lost control, and rolled over a fence.
