BIG SPRING, TX (KWES) - The city of Big Spring's main water supply will be shut down on Tuesday night. The shutdown will start at 10 p.m.
The Colorado River Municipal Water District will be doing maintenance on district water lines and they'll remain shut down until they're finished. It's unclear how long that will be.
During this time, citizens are being asked to conserve water and to not use water to irrigate lawns or other unnecessary uses.
The city will notify residents when water has been restored.
