ODESSA, TX (KWES) - One woman is dead and a man is behind bars following a late night crash in Odessa.
The accident happened Monday night around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of 38th Street and Andrews Highway.
The City of Odessa said an investigation revealed Jahari Hill, 24, was driving eastbound on 38th Street, ran a red light at Andrews Highway and struck a Chevy Malibu traveling northbound.
The driver of the Malibu, Susan Delgado, 44, died at the scene.
Hill was later arrested and charged with intoxicated manslaughter.
