MIDLAND COUNTY, TX (KWES) - Midland police need your help locating a missing person.
Police are looking for Matthew Soto, 28.
Authorities said he was last seen on April 12 and is believed to be driving a 2007 white Ford Taurus with Oregon license plate 669HMM.
