ODESSA - One man is behind bars on aggravated assault charges following an incident on Saturday.
Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, they were called out to the 800 block of East 16th Street in reference to a domestic disturbance.
When officers arrived on the scene, they made contact with a male subject identified as David Nabarrette, 22.
Nabarrette told police that he had been in an argument with his 30-year-old girlfriend.
Witnesses stated to police that they saw Nabarrette get into his vehicle and attempt to run over his girlfriend and his 23-year-old sister.
Both victims told police that Nabarrette had attempted to run them over but missed and crashed into a parked vehicle.
