32-year-old Douwann Sutton

Odessa Police arrested Sutton on 2-10-15 at approximately 1100 hours for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 (Warrant), a State Jail Felony. Officers observed a white 1999 Ford Crown Victoria run a stop sign at 31st Street and Jackson. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Sutton.

Dispatch advised Sutton had a felony driving while intoxicated warrant out for his arrest. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Sutton was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

36-year-old Bobby Myers and 47-year-old Billy Johnson

Odessa Police arrested Myers on 2-10-15 at approximately 2034 hours for Possession of Heroin "State Jail Felony" and Possession of Marijuana "Class B Misdemeanor". Odessa Police also arrested Johnson for Possession of Heroin "State Jail Felony" and Possession of Marijuana "Class B Misdemeanor".

Officers responded to 5050 Tanglewood in reference to a suspicious vehicle occupied two times in the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers observed a red 2002 Chevrolet truck occupied two times, which matched the description of the suspicious vehicle. The two subjects were identified as Myers and Johnson.

Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered a black tar substance, several syringes that contained a black tar substance, and several spoons with the same substance on them. The substance tested positive for heroin. A rolled up piece of foil containing marijuana was also located inside the vehicle. Both subjects were charged and arrested accordingly.

37-year-old Ricardo Gonzales

Odessa Police arrested Gonzales on 2-10-15 at approximately 1834 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine "State Jail Felony" and Public Intoxication "Class C Misdemeanor". Officers responded to the 800 block of West Clements in reference to an unknown problem involving a male in a maroon older model vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle matching the suspect's description, which was parked in the La Tienda parking lot. The vehicle was occupied by a male subject, identified as Gonzales, who was sweating heavily and appeared to be intoxicated on a substance other than alcohol.

Officers observed an open bag of synthetic marijuana sitting on the front passenger seat of the listed vehicle. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered a bag of methamphetamine along with a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. Gonzales was charged and arrested accordingly.

34-year-old Jesus Jose Gonzalez-Gallegos

Odessa Police arrested Gonzalez-Gallegos on 2-8-15 at approximately 0115 hours for Possession of Cocaine "3rd Degree Felony" and Driving While Intoxicated "Class B Misdemeanor". Officers observed a black Chevrolet Tahoe turn left from County Road West onto 2nd Street without signaling.

The black Chevrolet Tahoe also failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic and nearly struck another vehicle that was traveling northbound. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the listed vehicle and the driver was identified as Gonzalez-Gallegos. While making contact with Gonzalez-Gallegos, officers could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage.

Gonzalez-Gallegos was placed into custody for driving while intoxicated after failing field sobriety tests. Officers searched Gonzalez-Gallegos and discovered cocaine inside his pants pockets. Officers searched the listed vehicle and discovered more cocaine near the driver's door. Gonzalez-Gallegos was charged and arrested accordingly.

38-year-old Samuel Lopez

Odessa Police arrested Lopez on 2-9-15 at approximately 2246 hours for Possession of Cocaine, a State Jail Felony. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevrolet Silverado in the 500 block of East Monahans and the driver was identified as Lopez. Officers observed a white rock like substance on top of the center console and on the driver's seat.
