ODESSA – An Odessa man is in critical condition following an early morning rollover accident in Odessa.
The accident happened on Tuesday morning in the 1300 block of West 8th Street just before 1:45 a.m.
Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9 a maroon 2008 Ford F-250 was traveling westbound along with a black 2010 Dodge Challenger.
We're told the driver of the Dodge Challenger, 24-year-old Juan Porras, failed to control speed and drive in a single marked lane and hit the Ford F-250.
Porras was ejected as his vehicle flipped onto its top.
Porras was taken to Medical Center Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officials say Porras was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
