REAGAN COUNTY - The third time's a charm. That's how many times it took to get the request to expand the Reagan County Sheriff's office approved.
Sheriff Jeff Garner had been on a mission to bring in more deputies for almost a year.
Officials say the city and county were just trying to be conservative, but now they have the money and believe it's time to bring in the extra help.
