ODESSA - Code Enforcement officers are investigating an illegal dumping case in Odessa.

The City of Odessa tells NewsWest 9, they found a case of illegal dumping was found in a drainage ditch behind 148 Quail Run on Wednesday.

We're told that code enforcement officers found two 55 gallon drums containing chemicals, along with several other small buckets and a spill at the location.
