Grand Jury to Consider Fatal Train Collision Case
Grand jurors will consider the case of a train collision that killed four veterans riding on a parade float last fall. Midland County prosecutor Eric Kalenak will present the case Wednesday to a newly impaneled, 12-person grand jury. He won't say whether the office is recommending an indictment in the Nov. 15 accident.
