BIG SPRING - A big fire last weekend in Big Spring is prompting Howard County Commissioners to consider another burn ban.
Just a couple of weeks ago, Commissioners passed up a ban but the issue is back on the agenda for Monday's special meeting.
Last weekend, a big blaze burned about 250 acres that took hours to put out completely.
Even though the area has seen a decent amount of rain in last few weeks, Commissioners are looking at possibly re-instating a burn ban.
