MIDLAND – A woman claims she was repeatedly raped by a Midland man as a girl and was given drugs before the attacks.
46-year-old Charles Tucker is accused of repeatedly abusing two girls sexually under the age of 14.
One victim who is now an adult says she was attacked hundreds of times and said Tucker forced her to take ecstasy and meth beforehand. She also told police she lived with him at the time.
The younger victim said Tucker would remove her clothes while she was asleep telling her she needed someone to love.
