MONAHANS - We've told you before about the struggle Monahans is dealing with getting more housing in town.
Monahans Mayor David Cutbirth tells NewsWest 9, they're gearing up for some very important meetings with apartment builders.
City officials will meet with at least three different apartment builders early next week, offering low-income apartments.
At their cheapest, the apartments will cost between $400 to $500 a month and the most expensive are just under $1,400 a month.
