ODESSA - Odessa Police catch up with a suspected robber in a convenience store holdup.
Phone records linked 29-year-old Gregory Von Houpe to another suspect in the crime.
Houpe is accused of robbing a 7-11 clerk at gunpoint in the parking lot of the store.
We're told Houpe pointed the gun at the clerk, then grabbed the money deposit bag and jumped into a getaway car.
The driver of the car, Jammal Johnson, was arrested that day.
