ODESSA - New information in the death of an Odessa baby who fell out of a SUV.
The woman behind the wheel has been indicted in the case.
District Attorney Bobby Bland tells NewsWest 9, Starr Madrid was indicted on criminally negligent homicide.
You'll remember one-year-old Yanna Sanchez died in the incident back on November 4th.
The girl fell out of a Nissan Murano in the 2600 block of north Grandview.
Police say the left rear passenger door opened and Sanchez fell out.
She was run over by the same vehicle.
Police found that Sanchez was not properly secured by a required car seat.
