Two oil field workers injured last week in a Martin County explosion are still in critical condition.
Fernando Zamora and Abel Garcia, both from Basic Energy, were badly burned at the Endeavor Energy well, near the Martin and Howard County Line.
The explosion was caused when gas escaped from the well and ignited.
We're told the crew was there to do maintenance on a pulling unit.
Fernandez and Garcia suffered burns to 80 percent of their bodies.
