MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The former executive director of Breaking Bread in Midland will be back in court later this month.
Weatherford will be back in court on December 21 for her final pre-trial hearing.
Trisha Weatherford was arrested and charged back in June for stealing over $300,000 from the non-profit.
It was reported that she used PayPal and Venmo to take the money.
She was fired after first admitting taking 50-thousand dollars from the charity.
