ODESSA, Texas — Construction on Kermit Highway between west Loop 338 and 40th Street is scheduled to begin Saturday, December 21.
Paving contractors will be on-site that morning to begin asphalt patching on Kermit Highway.
As the contractor crosses the 42nd Street and Kermit Hwy intersection, they will be closing one lane at a time across 42nd Street while paving, to avoid hindering traffic further.
The contractor will also be patching across the intersections for both the on-ramp and off-ramp at Highway 302 and West Loop 338.
Work is expected to last one day.
The public is advised to try to avoid this area as much as possible.
