ODESSA, Texas — Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety are surveying multiple scenes along Interstate 20 connected to the mass shooting that took place on Saturday.
All westbound lanes on I-20 are closed West Loop 250 in Midland through Grandview in Odessa.
TXDOT Odessa expects lanes to reopen at 4 a.m.
Motorists traveling between Midland and Odessa should expect delays and are encouraged to follow detour signs.
